This role documents treatment details, assists with patient assessments, and responds to emergency situations to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.Document all treatment-related information accurately.Assist with pre- and post-dialysis patient assessments and documentation.Monitor and record dialysis treatment parameters on Dialysis Flow Sheets.Report significant changes in patient condition to supervisors.Assist with emergency procedures and initiate basic CPR in cardiac/pulmonary arrest situations.Respond promptly to emergency situations related to dialysis treatment.Required ExperiencePrevious patient care experience in a hospital or related setting preferred but not required.Successful completion of a hemodialysis training course.Successful completion of CPR Certification.Required SkillsAccurate clinical documentationAbility to follow clinical instructionsEmergency response competencyPreferred SkillsExperience in patient care or dialysis environmentsTraining in laboratory techniques or physical sciencesEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredEducation in physical sciences and/or laboratory techniques preferredAdditional SkillsAbility to assist with emergency operational proceduresResponsiveness to changes in patient conditionAbout GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
