These roles are ideal for professionals experienced in land development who enjoy hands-on design, interdisciplinary collaboration, and working on diverse projects that include mixed-use, commercial, government, and infrastructure development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and coordinate land development projects involving grading, drainage, utility layout, and stormwater management.Prepare and review construction documents, permit applications, and technical reports for public and private sector projects.Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, surveyors, and landscape architects throughout all project phases.Manage client communication, regulatory coordination, and project schedules to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Mentor junior staff and contribute to team leadership (Project Manager level).What We're Looking For4-10 years of experience in civil engineering (Engineer); 8-15 years for Project Manager rolesProficiency in Civil3D and AutoCADStrong experience in land development design for both public and private sector clientsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEIT or PE licensure is a plusWhy Work With Us?Work with respected companies across the U.S.Opportunities to grow with our clients or on new projectsFlexible engagements (full-time, part-time, remote)Competitive compensation and professional development supportReady to Apply?Submit your resume or reach out to our recruiting team at kurt.depoy@abgi-usa.com.We're excited to get to know you and help match you to your next opportunity
