Join our dynamic NYC team and bring flagship retail spaces to life We're looking for a Structural Drafter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working on high-profile projects across Manhattan, NJ, and CT.What You'll DoCreate detailed structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD (50/50 split).Collaborate closely with engineers and principals to ensure accuracy and compliance.Draft for high-end retail and flagship stores, focusing on steel, metal studs, and water systems.Work independently while meeting tight deadlines in a collaborative, energetic office.What We're Looking For2+ years of drafting experience with strong structural knowledge.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Ability to share samples of previous drawings.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Bonus Points ForInterest in occasional site visits for surveying.Experience with high-end residential projects using steel and concrete.Familiarity with NYC building codes.Associate degree or equivalent experience in drafting or engineering.Why You'll Love It HereWork on iconic flagship stores and high-profile projects.Enjoy a modern office environment in Midtown Manhattan.Desktop setup provided, with remote access for emergencies.Be part of a collaborative team that values creativity and precision.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
