HiFyve is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Franklin, MAPay: $29.00-$33.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift differentialShift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (rotating schedule)Location: On-site - Franklin, MABenefits: Full benefits package + growth opportunitiesPosition SummaryWe're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipmentDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using proper tools and testing equipmentRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modificationsSupport operators with basic troubleshooting to reduce downtimeDocument maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs accuratelyCommunicate effectively with leadership and other departments on equipment statusFollow all company safety and maintenance proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement and reliability initiativesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred2-4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingFamiliarity with PLCs, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding/fabrication, or refrigeration systems preferredSkilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic meters safelyBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office and maintenance systems)Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in EnglishPreferred SkillsTechnical certification in electrical or mechanical systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitySelf-motivated and able to work independently or in a teamOrganized, safety-focused, and detail-orientedIf you're interested, please apply
