We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and QualificationsAs a Human Resources Director, you will provide strategic HR support to our Urgent Care team. Through HCA's policies, programs, and practices, you will create the desired workforce culture. You will serve as a senior member and may support more strategic activities associated with acquisitions.What you will do in this role:You will provide support to Division Leadership, Integrated Lines of Business VPs, Corporate Benefits, Vendors, Transition Managers and Directors, Payroll, IT&S, and the Corporate HRIS TeamOversee and execute HR onboarding of acquired employees, with onsite support provided by ILOB HRYou will work with employee data files and interface with multiple support partners and vendorsYou will proactively evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiencies and qualityDevelop HR solutions to meet evolving business needs pertaining to growth and changeWhat you should have for this role:Bachelor's degree required7+ years of experience in HR or related field5+ years of experience in management preferredHuman Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
