We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician at our South Euclid, OH plant.This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all electrical equipment throughout the facility, including equipment, machines and lighting.ElectricianWhere we need youInstall and maintain electrical systems throughout the facility to provide power in accordance with national electrical codes.Use appropriate test instruments to diagnose, isolate, and correct electrical malfunctions.Perform emergency repairs in a timely manner to offset excessive downtime and production delays.Layout installations and prepare bills of materials and requisitions from engineering specifications for major projects.Perform preventative maintenance functions and work orders as directed.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical/electronic equipment.Comply with safety precautions, such as LOTO, when troubleshooting and repairing high-voltage equipment.Replace conduit, wirings, and circuit breakers as needed.How to convince usExperienced Electrician with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably 2-3 years' electronics experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Extensive working knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.Ability to use hand and power tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance.Education Requirements:* High School or Vocational graduate with the completion of a formal apprenticeship or years of equivalent experience.What we offerRöchling Industrial Cleveland offers competitive salaries (commensurate with skill level and experience).
