We provide you with supportAwesome people to work with - great camaraderie amongst the teamOur Residential Service Plumber will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Install, maintain, and repair water and gas supply lines, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes. Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes.Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.Properly complete paperwork.Join the on-call rotation.Maintain a clean and professional appearance.Have and maintain a clean driving record.Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.Requirements:Excellent communication skills, enjoy talking with customers3+ years of industry experienceState of IL plumbing license preferred, licensed apprentice year 3 acceptableValid driver's license and clean driving recordExcellent customer service skillsAble to pass a background check and a drug testMilitary-experienced candidates are encouraged to applyWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
