ResponsibilitiesTesting and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related servicesExhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivationPerforming field and laboratory testingInteracting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as neededPromoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPEQualifications* High school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred* 2 years of related building enclosure field inspection experience preferred* Professional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way* This position requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height* Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursedThe expected pay range for this role and location is $20-$27/hour.
