Senior Superintendent - Industrial ConstructionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent for our Industrial Construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects in the semiconductor, warehouse, and manufacturing sectors, specifically focusing on battery plant projects. This role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction activities and manage on-site staffCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflowEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsMonitor project progress and address any issues that ariseUtilize Procore for project management and documentation purposesConduct site inspections and maintain accurate project recordsFacilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular updates on project statusTravel to various project sites as required to ensure project alignment and executionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on semiconductor or manufacturing projectsProven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and construction practicesProficiency in Procore and Autodesk softwareExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to travel frequently to project sites as needed
