Industrial Electrician | Direct Hire | Detroit, MIPay: $34-$48.60/hr depending on experience and test resultsShift: Rotating 28-day schedule covering 24/7 operationsOverviewWe are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians to maintain and troubleshoot machinery in a heavy industrial environment. This is a direct hire position offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth.Principal Duties & Responsibilities Maintain various types of machinery in the coke-making process Participate in safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goals Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Follow all rules, policies, and expectations Ensure environmental compliance Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of heavy industrial experience maintaining and troubleshooting production machinery Experience with PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, controls, and electrical switchgear (480V three-phase power distribution and starters) Electrical troubleshooting for production lines, control panels, and robotic systems Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics Safety-focused with practical knowledge of industrial protocols Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere Ability to achieve results through equipment, technology, and teamwork Comfortable operating within a matrix organization Goal-oriented and able to maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and management Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Pension 401(k) Holiday pay Vacation pay Sign-on bonus: $2,500 after the first 30 days, additional $2,500 after 1,040 hours Safety bonus up to $4,000 Performance bonus up to $7,500 Pay Scale: Entry Level Industrial Electrician: $34-36.60/hr* Level II: $37-42/hr Journeyman: $42-46.80/hr *Entry Level candidates must have 3+ years of industrial electrical experience and will be required to take proficiency exams to determine their exact starting hourly rate.Shift Schedule: 28-day rotating schedule covering 24/7 operations Work with the same team of operators and mechanics throughout the rotation Linked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
