The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body restoration, painting, and fiberglass work, and a commitment to safety and quality.Job Duties:Perform full body restoration and paint services for trucks involved in collisions.Conduct fiberglass repairs and other specialized tasks.Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.Utilize critical thinking skills to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.Job Qualifications & Requirements:Over five (5) years of experience as a body shop technician preferredCertified PPG Painter.Proficient in using a wide range of tools and equipment for truck assessment and repair.Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to work on small parts and in confined spaces.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Effective customer service and communication skills.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Physical Requirements:Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Compensation:$25-$40 hourly depending on experience and qualifications, plus a production bonusBenefits Velocity Vehicle Group Offers:Fantastic Culture401k + matchHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance + HSA & FSAEmployer paid Life InsurancePaid Vacation DaysSick LeaveCompany perks such as employee discounts, company events and training programsExcellent Training and Career Advancement OpportunitiesVelocity Vehicle Group is an equal opportunity employer.
