We're committed to zero serious injuries or fatalities through rigorous training and life-critical systems.+ Innovation-Driven Delivery: Work with a team that leads the industry in virtual design & construction (VDC), lean methods, and prefab manufacturing-enhancing quality control and minimizing field risk.+ Career Growth & Recognition: Join a company that has earned its place on Fortune's "100 Best Places to Work" for over two decades, with training programs that nurture emerging leaders.+ Diverse Market Exposure: Lead projects across sectors like healthcare, data centers, education, multifamily, sports venues, life sciences, and semiconductor manufacturing.Job DetailsQualifications+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.+ 5-7 years' proven experience managing commercial MEP or mechanical construction projects.+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems.+ Experience with design-build, design-assist, prefabrication, and lean construction methods.+ Proficiency with VDC/BIM platforms and project management software.+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.+ PMP or PE designation preferred, but not required.Responsibilities+ Manage all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout.+ Coordinate with engineering, estimating, prefabrication, sub-trades, and field teams.+ Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all standards and protocols.+ Implement lean construction practices and leverage VDC/BIM tools for project efficiency.+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.+ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.+ Mentor and develop project teams while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
