SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in various sectors including commercial, healthcare, and residential. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of construction sitesCoordinate and schedule subcontractors and laborEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesOversee project timelines and budgetsConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and qualityCommunicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managersPrepare and submit project documentation and reportsImplement quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycleTrain and mentor junior staff and subcontractorsResolve on-site issues and conflicts efficientlyQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in constructionStrong knowledge of construction processes and best practicesFamiliarity with project management software such as Procore or BuilderTrendExperience in commercial and residential projectsUnderstanding of building codes and safety regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsRelevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsTravel flexibility for site visits as requiredBenefits
