Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA growing structural engineering firm in San Diego is seeking a Structural Engineer with 3-6+ years of experience to join their team. This is a strong opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and work on a variety of building types-from commercial and residential to institutional and civic. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values technical excellence, clear communication, and long-term growth.In this role, you'll contribute to projects from schematic design through construction administration, gaining exposure to all phases of delivery. You'll work closely with senior engineers, architects, and contractors, and be supported with mentorship and professional development. The firm offers a clear path toward licensure and future leadership roles.The ideal candidate is someone who's curious, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative. You'll be expected to bring a problem-solving mindset, ask smart questions, and take ownership of your work.
