Maximum of 9 scheduled cases per day (3 cases night shift, 6 cases day shift). Inpatient department includes 12 LDR rooms and 3 low intervention rooms (midwifery). Staff composition includes floor nurses, charge nurses, triage RNs, OB assistants, surgical technicians, and midwives collaborating with physicians.
