Civil Project Manager

Are you seeking a Civil Project Manager role where you can make an immediate impact?Seeking a Civil Project Manager who is responsible for being the client's project partner and ensuring that goals and schedules are met while working in a profitable manner and you will prepare proposals, contracts and subcontracts in coordination with Senior leadership and establish and review project deadlines, sets priorities, and tracks progress on all aspects of a project (deadline, permits, etc.) as well as provides weekly and/or monthly status reports on a number of projects. Lead collaborative meetings to include clients as well and review monthly billing with accounts receivable. Work cross functionally with other departments, sales to evaluate new business, work with teams and other technical staff to establish roles, project schedules and align budgets on new projects. Review projects with clients to ensure they meet with client's expectations.Qualifications needed:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer (PE)7+ years of experience in civil engineeringProject experience preferred: municipal, roadway reconstruction, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, trails, traffic signals, and site design for residential, commercial, educational, and industrial projects.Excellent communication, self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team.Microsoft Suite programs knowledge preferredWhy is This a Great Opportunity?Long standing client been in business for over 40 years.Great culture with multiple locations in northern Indiana and Michigan.Excellent benefits including 401k. - AffordableWorking on great projects and doing amazing work.they are heavily involved in the community as well.Great people
