Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Correctional Facility – Phoenix, AZ & Valley Area
W2 employee ($21.00/hour). 13‐week assignment requiring three 12‐hour shifts per week. Day and night shifts available.
What We Offer
- $21.00/hour – W2 employee (not 1099)
- Weekly pay every Friday (work week Monday–Sunday)

Minimum Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA license
- 1 year of recent acute care experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) – in‐person course only
- First Aid certification
- N95 particulate respirator fit test (copy of completed fit testing required)
- Immunization records: hepatitis B, MMR, varicella, TB test
Required documentation: applicants must provide copies of the following: current Arizona CNA license, BLS certification (in‐person), First Aid certification, completed N95 fit test, immunization records (hepatitis B, MMR, varicella, TB).
