"We build people" who build amazing things.Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of industrial mechanical projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Project Manager coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and executive management to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyCommitment to a strong safety culture and quality-driven projectsWho You AreA confident, organized leader with excellent communication and decision-making skills.Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong problem solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.What You'll DoPlan, organize, and oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.Enforce safety standards and ensure full OSHA compliance on all job sites.Monitor progress, performance, and financial metrics to ensure successful delivery.Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and documentation.Maintain consistent communication with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.What You'll BringEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.OSHA 30 certification required.PMP certification is a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 5+ years of experience managing projects in industrial mechanical construction.Technical SkillsProficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsCombination of office and field work on active construction sites.Frequent standing, walking, and site visits required.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally.Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and industrial work environments.PPE required when on job sites.Travel between projects and occasional overnight stays as needed.If you're a results-driven Project Manager looking to make an impact in industrial mechanical construction, we'd love to hear from you.
