Projects cover market sectors such as retail, healthcare, entertainment, institutional, airport, heavy industrial and multifamily.Position SummaryHelp carpenters by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include: using, supplying or holding, materials or tools, cleaning work area and equipment, erecting scaffolds, placing concrete, setup laser & grades, cutting (supervised), rigging and flagging.Essential Job FunctionsUnderstand all carpenter needs.Assist carpenter in construction.Place concrete and vibration.Setup laser & grades.Cutting (supervised).Rigging & Flagging.Clean work areas machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site.Fasten timbers or lumber with glue, screws, pegs, or nails and install hardware.Perform tie spacing layout and measures, mark, drill or cut.Select tools, equipment, or material from storage and transport items to work sites.Drill holes in timbers or lumber.Cut timers, lumber, or paneling to specified dimensions.Positions and hold timers, lumber, or paneling in place for fastening or cutting.Align, straighten, plumb, or square forms for installation.Hold plumb bobs, sighting rods, or other equipment to aid in establishing reference points and lines.Erect scaffolding, shoring, or braces.Assist with shoveling, stripping forms, carry materials, inventory of hardware, jobsite cleanup.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical and Dental InsurancePaid Vacation401k with company matchingTraining and DevelopmentCareer DevelopmentAccessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process please contact Human Resources atEmail: hr@precision-concrete.comEqual Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.If you want to view the Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal poster, please choose your language:
