Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishedExplains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all workConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingMaintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all timesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSJunior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truckLead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residenceBENEFITSRetirement ProgramHealth Insurance Paid Holidays Sick Days Bonus Program Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
