We foster a supportive environment where both clients and staff can thrive, and we're proud to be part of the recovery journey for so many in our community.Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Substance Abuse Therapist to join our team at our halfway house location. In this role, you will provide clinical support to individuals in early recovery, facilitating both individual and group counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help each client build a path to long-term recovery.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and formulate diagnostic impressionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goalsFacilitate evidence-based group and individual therapy sessionsEducate and support families as part of the treatment processMaintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standardsCoordinate care with physicians, case managers, peer specialists, and other treatment team membersParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement effortsQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of addiction theory, trauma-informed care, and recovery modelsStrong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skillsProficiency with electronic health records (EHR) is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive starting salary based on experience and credentialsFull benefits package including:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer match (up to 4%)Paid time off (PTO) and holidaysAflac supplemental insurance plansOngoing professional development and continuing education supportPositive, team-oriented work environment with mission-driven leadershipDavis Archway is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
