Building homes is not just our job; it's our passion, ingrained in our DNA.Your Next Great AdventureThe Construction Manager Trainee will work under the supervision of a Construction Manager to assist in managing new home construction and providing customer service. This position may lead to a Construction Manager role once key core competencies are met, including the availability of a community, effective management of new home construction, the ability to oversee trade and vendor relationships, and managing customer service within assigned subdivisions.Success is Built On Management experience Home building experience preferred Customer service skills Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel Mechanical aptitude to understand construction science and systemsPerksWe want all people to be "better" for being part of Chesmar.
