This OpportunityWSP USA is seeking a Civil/Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation team in the Wichita, KS office. This is an opportunity to join a team designing some of the most complex and impactful transportation projects in Kansas. Our Wichita team focuses on delivering projects for our clients while mentoring and developing team members to prepare for them for future opportunities.Your ImpactLead tasks & design teams in the execution of projectsProvide technical expertise in various stages of project, including preliminary design, final design, and contract documentation including cost estimates and specificationsDiscuss and propose solutions to technical issues during designMaintain positive team and client relationshipsCollaborate with key staff across disciplines (i.e. drainage, structures) as requiredWho You AreRequired QualificationsB.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field from accredited university5+ years of experience in the Transporation engineering fieldProfessional Engineer's License in KansasHands-on experience in OpenRoads DesignerProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelPossess strong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications* Master's Degree in Engineering.* Experience managing small to mid-size projects.#LI-SM1
