EducationA bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health education with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

CertificationsASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of your hiring date.

Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
