Ridezilla is looking for a high-energy and customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our Carson City team. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every unit is prepared, staged, and delivered professionally. You will work closely with our Service and Sales Departments to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of all powersports products.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare units for customer delivery, including staging, inspection, and accessory verificationWalk customers through their new unit, demonstrating features, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident before they leaveAssist with loading units safely onto trailers or into vehiclesSupport the Service and Sales teams with unit movement, staging, and lot organizationPerform basic cleaning, prep work, or minor adjustments to units as neededMaintain a clean, organized delivery area and ensure all documentation is ready for the customerProvide excellent customer service and represent Ridezilla's brand valuesAssist with inventory movement, including checking inbound units and organizing storage when neededFollow all safety procedures and ensure safe handling of units and equipmentRequirementsPrevious experience in powersports, automotive, outdoor equipment, or similar industries is preferredMust be comfortable operating ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and other powersports units (training provided)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyReliable, punctual, and able to follow established proceduresComfortable using basic tools and equipmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWorking ConditionsIndoor and outdoor work environment with exposure to weather elementsFrequent walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbsMay require operating units on and off trailers, ramps, and the lot areaMay be required to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasonsSchedule & PayFull-time positionSchedule typically includes weekendsCompensation based on experienceAbout RidezillaRidezilla is part of the Outdoor Network family-one of the fastest-growing powersports and marine dealership groups in the country.
