DescriptionPosition at Industrial Electric Commercial Parts and ServiceCommercial Cooking Equipment Service TechnicianLocation: San Diego, CASalary range: $25.00-45.00/hour*OverviewIndustrial Electrical is seeking technicians for repair of commercial cooking, and ware washing equipment.A successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills with 2-3 years of experience repairing commercial gas, electrical, steam equipment.Our technicians meet customer expectations by providing repair, preventive maintenance, and manufacturer warranty service in restaurants, schools, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and other hospitality businesses.Responsibilities include:Providing superior customer service by meeting customer expectations on every service call.Performing expert troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on cooking, and ware washing equipment.Increasing our customer base by providing solutions for equipment problems and promoting company programs.Key Qualifications:2-3 years of experience repairing commercial food equipment.Excellent customer service skills.Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.Must be at least 18 years of age.Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.Goal oriented with ability to work independently.Availability for on-call, night, and weekend work.Company Benefits:Competitive Hourly Rates and Overtime PayCompany VehicleCompany Cell Phone/TabletMedical and Dental BenefitsLife Insurance401k & Company MatchTechnical TrainingInitial issue of Service UniformsStable Customer Base and Consistent WorkThe following qualifications will enhance your starting salary:CFESA CertificationEPA CertificationState Refrigeration LicenseBilingual Spanish/English Language skills*Pay scale varies based on skill set and certifications heldAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.We are a drug free workplace.
