This role is focused on leading relationships with institutional investor clients, overseeing portfolio monitoring and reporting deliverables, and managing junior team members. Client relationship managers play a key role in helping clients gain transparency into their private market portfolios through timely, accurate, and tailored analytics, while also contributing to internal process improvement and team development.Responsibilities and DutiesLead relationships with institutional investor clients, acting as a trusted partner in delivering private asset monitoring and analytics solutionsManage the timely and accurate delivery of customized reporting and dashboard analytics for assigned clientsOversee the design, production, and refinement of client-specific reporting outputs across a variety of private market strategiesAnalyze investment portfolios across private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, real assets, and private credit strategiesMentor and manage a team of 3-5 analysts, providing guidance, oversight, and development opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverablesSupport leadership of the Client Services team by helping to shape processes, training, and team coordinationContribute to firmwide initiatives related to process improvement, technology enhancements, and service innovationQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (other majors considered with relevant experience)2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, private markets, or investment operationsAdvanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and template/model developmentExceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing and analyzing large or complex datasetsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in open-ended or client-specific situationsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead projects across multiple clients and prioritiesFamiliarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools a plusProven ability to contribute to and improve internal workflows, systems, and documentationHigh self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to lead projects and mentor othersStrong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to both clients and internal stakeholdersPositive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and working in the private asset and institutional investment landscapeWhy LP Analyst?Comprehensive onboarding and training programs, including a structured Private Asset Training Program and regular business/industry teach-insEarly opportunities for advancement for top-performing analystsOpportunity to build valuable professional skills early in your career, including communication, organization, and leadership, by working on a dynamic and growing team with cross-functional exposureExposure to a wide range of strategies (private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, credit), with the opportunity to specialize in areas of interestHigh-impact role providing transparency to the world's leading institutional investorsCollaborative, high-performing team culture with smart, supportive colleaguesCompany-sponsored 401(k) plan, healthcare, and dental insuranceCompetitive compensation and fully paid parental leaveGenerous paid time off that increases with tenure, plus an annual volunteer dayCasual dress code, frequent team events, and a downtown Dallas office with paid parking, free snacks, and other perks
