Consisting of multiple tempering and manufacturing facilities throughout the eastern United States, Quality Enclosures is a family-owned and operated company devoted to our employees - YOU make us the best at what we do The Quality Enclosure philosophy is "hire to retire" and we're excited to have you join our growing family.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Safely deliver our quality products to our valued customersAs the face of Quality Enclosures, represent the company in a professional and helpful mannerFollow routes and time schedule.Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicleHeavy Lifting required (glass handling)Complete logs and reportsFollow DOT regulations and safety standardsAssist warehouse with manufacturing duties once delivery runs have been completeEXPERIENCE & REQUIRED SKILLS:Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver in a 26' box truckMinimum 3 years of relevant driving experienceValid driver's license with a good driving record with no recent traffic violationsMedical DOT CardAbility to identify quality issues and report to leadershipExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh school diplomaAbility to successfully pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, MVR, and background checkWORKING CONDITIONS:This position requires long periods of sitting while driving. Standing, walking, heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs., pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing and ascending/descending stairs are physical demands of this positionExposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils & materialsPersonal Protective Equipment requiredSAFETY:The safety of our teammates is our #1 priority. It is mandatory for all teammates to wear the appropriate PPE when working or walking in the warehouse or loading dock area. Each department maintains an updated list of what PPE should be worn.
