If you want to become part of a profitable company that prioritizes safety and training, we would love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesFollow and promote safe work practicesEnsure installation meets Palmetto State Glass and Manufacturer's installation quality standardsLead job installation crewReview and interpret project specifications and timelinesDevelop installation schedule to meet estimated budget and monitor job costs to ensure budget complianceTrain and assist daily work tasks to crewPrepare daily for next days and weeks upcoming projectsMaintain assigned company vehicle and equipmentKey DutiesBe knowledgeable of all OSHA standards and requirements as related to our industryConfirm delivery of all project materials and suppliesIdentify and load materials needed for projectsOversee projects from start of installation to completionComplete reports and track daily reporting complianceSubmit written request for needed tools and safety equipmentCommunicate with Site Superintendent and Project Manager as neededFabricate storefront and curtain wallsMeasure and cut glass and mirrorsInstall storefront, curtain wall, doors, hardware and glassFabricate and install break metalCaulkConduct daily quality assurance audits throughout project
