Our membership in professional alliances and our registration with key oversight bodies give us the platform to deliver these services with excellence.We offer a wide range of services, including audit and assurance, tax, managed accounting, IT and security, valuation, litigation support, and HR consulting.Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting with 4-7+ years of relevant experience.CPA certification is required.Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and various types of tax returns.Ability to identify and mitigate tax risks.Experience in tax research.Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Attention to detail.Ability to review tax returns for accuracy and compliance.Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks.Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.Essential Job RequirementsManage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Work effectively in a cross-functional team and build strong relationships with partners.Adapt quickly to new tasks and accept direction.Possess strong organizational and analytical skills.Primary DutiesPrepare complex tax returns and conduct tax research.Review the tax work of less experienced staff.Respond to notices and correspondence from tax authorities.Review tax information provided by clients and follow up with questions.Recognize, anticipate, and resolve tax issues, making appropriate recommendations.Market our services to both existing and prospective clients.Work EnvironmentThis is primarily an indoor office role using standard office equipment. Heavy overtime is required from February 1 through April 15 ("busy season") and may exceed 55 hours per week. We are an equal-opportunity employer.
