Cryostar USA LLCAssembly and Repair Technician IWhittier, CA, United States | req26548What you will enjoy doing*You will assemble reciprocating pumps & systems as well as centrifugal pumps & systemsFurther, you will perform liquid nitrogen testing & hydrostatic pressure testing, and perform assembly of expander packaged systemsPerform repairs on pumps (centrifugal and piston) and repairs on expandersYou will troubleshoot (fault finding) mechanical equipment and componentsIn addition, you will clean and assemble equipment to oxygen service standardsFollow all relevant procedures and instructionsMoreover, you will work independently and with others in the workshopAlso, you will be responsible to ensure machinery is assembled and tested according to the procedures and design criteriaWhat makes you greatYou have attended an Electro-Mechanical trade school or equivalentAt least 3 years' experience in technical fieldFurther, you have experience with industrial equipment and knowledge of mechanical systems and equipmentYou possess strong computer skills (Microsoft and similar), as well as knowledge of cryogenic equipmentUnderstanding of rotating equipment and oxygen cleaningYou have the ability to read blueprints (mechanical) and have basic electrical knowledgeAbility to use measurement devicesWhy you will love working with usLinde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
