Our MissionTo improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.Schedule: Fulltime (40hrs/week) DaysAbout Us - Therapy (PT/OT/ST)From infants to collegiate and professional athletes to senior citizens, Freeman therapists perform functional evaluations to develop and implement treatment plans for the best therapeutic outcomes for our patientsServices include Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech TherapyInpatient and outpatient services are available What You'll DoIndependently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers/documents care, and provides d/c planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff.
