You will maintain, and repair Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics and Mechanical device systems, and perform preventive maintenance activities, and maintain and troubleshoot facility and emergency maintenance systems. Fisher Barton values our 3C's Culture, working every day to execute Customer Excellence, A Culture of Fairness, and Community Involvement.You will:Adhere to Fisher Barton Safety and Quality procedures and regulations and business code of ethicsInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing devices to identify and fix problems.Install safety and distribution components, such as circuit breakers and panels.Inspect electrical systems and components to ensure they meet safety and efficiency standards.Read PM procedures, interpret basic engineering drawings and schematics, and understand statistical process trendsUnderstand and follow maintenance specific work instructions to inspect, test, measure, repair, and replace mechanical equipmentComplete daily maintenance tasksLog time, task completion, and PM results throughout the day using a computerExecute tasks and responsibilities as required by the Preventive Maintenance SystemMaintain accurate, legible, and complete Maintenance documentationCollaborate with other technicians, engineering & leads/supervisors to continually improve the safety of our environment, the quality of our products, the efficiency & utilization of our processes & equipmentParticipate in Continuous Improvement teams and trainingMaintain housekeeping and 5S in the work areaUnderstand and follow maintenance specific work instructions to inspect, test, measure, repair, and replace hydraulic, PLC, and electrical equipmentApply your Electrical, PLC, Hydraulic and Mechanical systems' knowledge to solve complex maintenance problemsInstall and troubleshoot new equipmentWork independently to solve complex facility and emergency maintenance problems within tight time constraintsDevelop maintenance specific work instructions covering inspection, testing, measurement, repair, and replacementTrain Maintenance Technician team membersTroubleshoot and correct PLC problems by identifying and isolating the most common system faultsDrive predictive maintenance using higher level math, interpreting engineering drawings and schematics, and utilizing computer programs for testing & statistical trend analysisCollaborate with other technicians, engineering & leads/supervisors to continually improve the safety of our environment, the quality of our products, the efficiency & utilization of our processes & equipment The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
