HiFyve is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician on 2nd Shift in Franklin, MAPay: $34.00-$36.00/hour (based on experience)Shift: 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pmLocation: On-site - Franklin, MABenefits: Full benefits package + career growth opportunitiesPosition SummaryWe're looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to perform electrical maintenance, installation, and repair work across facility systems and production equipment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting control circuits, maintaining automation systems, and ensuring reliable electrical performance throughout the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, and components (120V-480V, 3-phase)Troubleshoot and repair drives, relays, motors, controls, and power distribution equipmentProgram and service PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automation control systemsPerform preventive maintenance on electrical and electronic systems to minimize downtimeUse meters, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and resolve issues efficientlySupport new equipment installations and electrical upgrades as assignedCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to address equipment concernsMaintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair activitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiativesFollow all safety procedures and comply with national, state, and local electrical codesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; trade or technical school in electrical or related field preferred2-4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing settingJourneyman or Master Electrician license required (or ability to obtain)Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and motor control centersFamiliar with national, state, and OSHA electrical codes and best practicesSkilled in using standard electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safelyAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with maintenance software systemsIf you are interested, please apply
