Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.What We OfferAIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward hard work and excellent customer service including:Expected hourly rate of $24.00-$26.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses. Technicians who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $1,500 per quarter.50% Rent Discount available at any AIR Community Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR Community.Career Growth Opportunities.
