With hands-on experience and expert guidance, you'll become a critical leader in delivering high-impact solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations for assigned projects or project sections.Identify, price, and track change orders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.Plan and monitor project cash flow and expenses.Maintain accurate as-built documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Plan and execute project close-out and punch list completion.Develop actionable goals and strategies to prioritize, organize, and accomplish tasks efficiently.Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications.Prepare submittals, price change orders, and create estimates for partially designed projects by completing designs.Collaborate with supervisory staff, clients, contractors, and design professionals to address work procedures, resolve complaints, and overcome construction challenges.Effectively communicate project requirements and timelines, document verbal agreements, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred), with 5+ years of experience in construction or electrical contracting.Proven experience with construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M.Familiarity with contract drawings, subcontracts, specifications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.Proficiency in CPM scheduling and advanced design techniques for producing technical plans, blueprints, and drawings.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience using MS Office, Bluebeam, PDF tools, and similar software.Preferred SkillsExperience with Accubid Estimating (or equivalent) for electrical installations.Proficiency in Primavera P6 CPM scheduling (or equivalent).Flexibility and willingness to travel to project locations as needed.AbilitiesComfortable working with extended exposure to computer screens.Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform fine motor tasks using a keyboard.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand and relay complex information.Analytical problem-solving skills, applying general rules to specific challenges effectively.This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a collaborative and innovative environment while contributing to transformative projects that make a real difference.Are you ready to lead, innovate, and excel?
