Carpenter

We are seeking an in-house carpenter to construct, install, maintain, and repair physical structures around the resort. This is a year-round, full-time position. Four to six years experience in the field required.Essential duties & responsibilities:Sheetrocking, taping, & painting.Prepare layouts, select specified type of lumber or other materials, and conform to local building codes.Provides consultation for designs, renovations, and projects of any size. can include fire regulations, costs, planning's, scheduling, building codes, and safety considerations. Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, doors, door frames, weather stripping, sheetrock, and interior/exterior trim. Fits and installs finish hardware, such as locks, letter drops, and kick plates.Inspects buildings for damage and wear, schedules maintenance and regulates work.
