Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject Engineer Position SummaryWe are seeking a Project Engineer with expertise in wastewater systems to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering team. This role involves planning, design, and oversight of wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and delivering sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support design efforts for wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and collection systems.Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, process modeling, and equipment selection.Prepare engineering reports, plans, and specifications for municipal and industrial wastewater projects.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.Provide construction phase services, including submittal reviews and site inspections.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline (Master's preferred).Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.5+ years of experience in wastewater engineering design and project management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software.Strong knowledge of EPA and state regulatory requirements for wastewater systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with nutrient removal technologies and advanced treatment processes.Familiarity with construction administration and commissioning.LEED or sustainability-focused project experience is a plus.Why Join Us?Work on high-impact infrastructure projects that improve public health and environmental quality.Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment with opportunities for professional growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision401KGenerous PTOBonus Plan - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
