Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.Juniper's Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders supervise a team of crew members installing landscape enhancement projects by ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. We are committed to a culture that welcomes, grows, and celebrates people who share in our mission to design, build, and maintain the best landscaping in the industry.We offer career growth opportunities and excellent benefits (health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and PTO plans).Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at JuniperResponsibilities:Overseeing daily site operations for landscape enhancements projectsMaintaining production schedules and ensuring project deadlines are metAssisting with training and development of crew membersDaily timekeeping of work hours on jobsites for crew membersEnsuring all crew members perform their work in a safe mannerEnsuring equipment is in working order and properly maintainedUsing hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape dutiesPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedSkills:Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledgePrior experience managing landscape projects and crew members preferredBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferredMust be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to use hand tools and power equipmentMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper Equal Opportunity Employer
