Construction Quality Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead all quality oversight functions for a large federal design-build project at Nellis AFB.The ideal candidate brings strong government contract experience, deep understanding of USACE quality standards, and the ability to ensure full compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and contract deliverables.Key Responsibilities:-Oversee and manage the project's Quality Control Program in accordance with USACE standards and EM 385-1-1.-Implement and maintain the Three-Phase Control System (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up).-Conduct daily site inspections and prepare detailed QC reports.-Verify subcontractor compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.-Coordinate and document all testing and inspections; ensure corrective actions are identified, implemented, and tracked.-Lead QC meetings and interface regularly with the USACE, project team, and internal leadership.-Manage submittals, RFIs, and design coordination from a QC standpoint.-Support commissioning, closeout, and turnover documentation.-Maintain organized, accurate QC documentation in accordance with government contract standards.Compensation:-Hourly rate between $45/hr - $60/hr-M/V/D benefits-Company vehicle-PTO-Company-provided lodgingApply nowQualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.-Experience on design-build projects with USACE; previous experience working on government construction projects; federal DoD/USACE experience strongly preferred-Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and government quality standards.-USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification.OSHA 30 certification-EM 385-1-1 training-Ability to pass a military base background check (no felonies) and pre-employment drug testing.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
