Security Site Supervisor - (St. Augustine, FL)Essential Job Duties:Provides onsite watch/protection of assigned post and designated perimeterObserves, reports and supports client expectationsReports all breaches per applicable methodsUtilizes company scheduling platform for clock-ins/clock-outs of scheduled shiftEvaluates and responds to alerts in surrounding area with professionalism and according to company protocolAlerts Supervisor on Duty when situation requires escalation per company protocolAssists fellow security guards with de-escalation when applicable per company protocolFollows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reportingWorks with diligence and respect to ensure the safety and security of assigned client, visitors and propertyAdheres to all Company service and operating standardsAdditional tasks as neededMinimum Qualifications/Requirements:Valid Security D License FLValid Driver's LicenseMinimum a year of security supervisor experienceValid CPR-AED certification is a plusExceptional work ethic Here is some of what we offer our valued security staff:Weekly payInternal growth opportunitiesFlexible scheduling opportunitiesEmployee PERKS program, including discounts on everyday purchases with many of our partners.Security Site Supervisor - (St. Augustine, FL)Schedule/Shift: Monday/Tuesday (8:00AM - 4:00PM), Wednesday/Thursday (2:00PM - 12:00AM)Compensation: $20.00Founded in 1985, Arrow has perfected our approach to high quality security.
