Join us and start your extraordinary journey today.Position SummaryThe Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and multifamily buildings.ResponsibilitiesPerform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trashComplete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager which may include picking up trash, clean dumpster areas, trash rooms and trash chutes, blowing the parking area and sidewalks, removing debris, power washing, etcThoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors, power washing, and wiping down doors and handrails.Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members, other departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance, fostering teamwork and cooperationAssess property safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing resident well-beingKeep property in top-notch condition. This involves maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds, delivering notices to apartments and performing tasks like interior and exterior paintingEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED - PreferredOne to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic Microsoft Office Suite.QualificationsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the propertyMay be required to push or pull items and reach overheadMay be required to bend, stoop or kneelMay require dexterity of hands and fingers and ability to grasp toolsMust be able to see to perform inspections and read computer screensMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
