Senior Site Manager, MS Offsite

Job DescriptionPosition ProfileThe Senior Site Manager supervises day-to-day operations and staff at Managed Services (MS) sites. Approximately 80% of time will be spent on management duties and no more than 20% on operating production equipment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing procedures, invoicing accounts, interacting with customers, and ensuring acceptable profit levels while meeting customer expectations. This role involves a high degree of customer interface and oversight of 13+ employees or $80K+ in monthly services revenue at a single site.Key Responsibilities Demonstrate and foster a positive and helpful work culture. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with co-workers and vendors. Represent the company professionally in accordance with Ricoh's Code of Ethics. Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence standards. Achieve shift profitability by managing material and supply usage effectively. Monitor labor percentages and maintain production and quality control standards. Ensure quality and deadline compliance through effective job scheduling. Serve as primary customer contact for MS and as needed for BDS/LDS. Provide workflow and machine operation training when necessary. Maintain audit and deadline compliance goals. Improve employee retention by meeting turnover and tenure targets. Hold team accountable for quality and efficiency of work. Implement performance and operational procedures for consistency. Ensure proper staffing by aligning employee skills with production demands. Resolve pricing, order, and invoicing issues in collaboration with sales. Motivate employees and recognize achievements promptly. Communicate job expectations and provide coaching, training, and evaluations. Complete site reports and required documentation. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: 3+ years in a related field. Experience delivering classroom or informal training sessions. Advanced machine operation and complex job handling experience. Skills: Goal-setting and prioritization skills. Proficient PC skills with standard business software. Ability to stay current with technology and industry trends. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Office environment with normal lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Requires interpreting and applying complex material and data. Physical effort may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
