We strive to meet our main goal to help everyone live a happy and healthy life without substance abuse issues, addiction, or mental health concerns.We are looking for a Licensed Primary Therapist in Tennessee who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing. Supports clients with foundational well-being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal & grow to sustain long-term sobriety. The Primary Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Executive Director. He/she will be responsible for the patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. The Primary Therapist will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. The Primary Therapist has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed.Several Schedules available:- Mon-Fri 830a-430p- Tues-Sat 830a-430p- Mon/Tues/Thurs 830a-830p Weds 830a-1230pWhat will your day look like? You will:Group FacilitationIndividual CounselingCrisis InterventionDocumentation/SchedulingTreatment PlanningOther duties as determined by Executive DirectorWhat you will need for this position:Active LPC, LCADC II, LMSW, or LCSW (preferred), if pending licensure we still encourage you to applyMaster’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.A minimum of 1 year of mental health counseling experience is required.Proficient Google Suite or Microsoft Office software preferred.Who we are:Epiphany Wellness is a state-of-the-art alcohol & drug addiction rehab center located in Blackwood, New Jersey & Nashville, Tennessee.
