You'll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care of our customers' properties.o The team looks to you to install pipe, heads, valves, wire, controller, and sensors. In addition, you must be able to operate basic equipment safely.o You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.o You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.How We Measure Success• Attendance: Might sound basic, but it's critical for every member of the team to set an example on attendance.• Budget vs Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each job.• Return Rates: You'll ensure quality control to make sure it's rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.• Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.• Full Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all of the above possible.Job Requirements for Irrigation Technician• Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.• You will need to have 1 to 2 years of irrigation field experience.• If you don't already have them, you must be willing to complete training to get all required certifications and licenses.In addition, there are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.• Clean driving history with experience driving a trailerBenefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $20.00/hr to $25.00/hr and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional as well as in leading a team.We know we presented a lot to you here and that's because we're looking to hire only the best.
