Senior HVAC Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Senior HVAC Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, leading project teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.Oversee budgeting and cost estimation processes for HVAC projects.Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.Maintain strong client relations, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with building codes and ASHRAE standards, implementing energy-efficient solutions where possible.Conduct commissioning processes to ensure systems operate according to design specifications.Solve problems and address issues that arise during project execution, implementing effective solutions.Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into building projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC project management.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for projects.Demonstrated experience in scheduling and resource allocation.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and client relations abilities.Experience with contract negotiation and management.Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and ASHRAE standards.Familiarity with commissioning processes and construction management techniques.Experience with AutoCAD and other design software.BenefitsHealth/Vision/DentalBCBS PPO and HMO optionsFlexible Spending and Dependent Care AccountsBonus and Profit Sharing up to 30% of base salary401kTuition ReimbursementGenerous PTO PolicyPaid Holiday'sLong and Short Term and ShortEmployee Assistance PlanCTA and Parking Reimbursement
