Experience the freedom of local routes, a supportive team atmosphere, and the opportunity to grow your career in a company that values your contributionsKey Responsibilities:• Safely operate a Class A truck to transport goods and materials to various locations as per scheduled routes.• Adhere to all DOT and PRO Services safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.• Load and unload equipment and materials using a forklift and other equipment, ensuring secure transport.• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods on time and maintaining clear communication with clients.• Utilize GPS and dispatch software to receive routes and update delivery statuses in real time.• Maintain effective communication with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transit.• Be flexible in operating different truck/trailer configurations and assist with physical loading/unloading tasks as needed.Qualifications:• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a manual transmission.• Minimum of 2+ years of experience driving Class A trucks, demonstrating a proven record of safe driving.• Experience with flatbed trucks.• Capability to lift and carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading and knowledge of safe manual lifting techniques.• Forklift operation experience (or willingness to obtain certification)• Proficiency in using GPS, smartphones/tablets, and basic computer software (e.g., email, dispatch/route apps), and Google Suite.• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Why Work for PRO Services?We put Safety, Integrity, Pride, and Teamwork at the core of how we do business• PRO Services offers plans that cover 100% of Medical Premiums, including family plans, starting on Day 1 of Employment.• Vision & Dental Insurance• Matching 401(k)• Vacation & Holiday Pay.• Compensation increase opportunity and bonus opportunities• Hourly Compensation: Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience, starting at $27/hr.• Performance Annual Merit: Eligible for annual merit increases based on performance evaluations, recognizing your hard work and contributions to the team.Ready to take the wheel and drive your career forward?
