You are the life-blood of our company.• Top of the line equipment• No split shifts and advanced scheduling• Full-time and part-time opportunities available• Full-time vehicle maintenance staff to support you as the driver• 4 Hour Minimum guarantee per charter• New, safe, clean and meticulously maintained equipment• Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance benefits• 401K benefit• Accrual of PTO starts immediately• Cell phone stipend• Paid Per Diems, Training, and DOT medical card physicals• Exceptional team, culture and clients• Ability to attend Events, Games and Attractions• With seniority comes the opportunity to work with prominent sports teams and high-end corporate accounts• Eligible for gratuityResponsibilities and Duties:• Safely transport guests to and from their destinations• Serve as ambassadors to clients and guests; provide friendly, professional customer service.• Meet all company and DOT requirements (pre-, mid- and post-trip inspections) and required paperwork• Perform basic maintenance (oil/water, change fan belts, light bulbs)Summary of Qualifications:• At least 2 years work experience as a Commercial Driver• Be at least 24 years of age and enjoy working with the public• Valid Class B Commercial Drivers' License with Passenger Endorsement• Current Medical Card• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test and criminal history background check• Excellent safety and performance records; Clean Driving Record• Comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and company rules and regulations• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to speak and read proficiently in English• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers• Team Player - reliable, honest, take initiative and be committed to putting the team's objectives above your own• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement• Patience and the ability to maintain professionalism while adapting to changing situations and itineraries• Ability to work outside in all types of weather
