The Commercial Superintendent reports to the Vice President, People Operations with accountability for providing outstanding service to our employees to ensure that they provide excellent service to those who have been victims of disaster and restore property and lives with a servant's heart. They should embody Jenkins Restorations' core values, including, Can-do Attitude, Excellent Execution, Do the Right Thing, Actions of a Servant, and Responsible Stewardship (C.E.D.A.R).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for the Restoration Project Manager:Restoration Project Manager visits new assignments/jobs, interfaces with the client, and secures the job by executing contract with property ownerAssesses the damages at the site, creates an estimate on a database, and submits it to the insurance company/property management company/owner for approvalCoordinates the repairs of the property by overseeing/managing crews and trade vendors and budgets to ensure the project gets completed to the Jenkins quality and financial standard.Restoration Project Manager calls or meets customer to ensure satisfaction and collects payment for work completedRestoration Project Manager manages deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously, based on experienceAll other duties as assigned
