A leading global quant hedge fund is looking to hire a Compliance Officer in its New York office.
Since inception they have been one of the world's foremost leaders in the space. They are a premium name, with exceptional performance, and rock bottom attrition. Their rapid expansion creates need for an expert on their newly specialized compliance teams.
They are looking to hire a Compliance Officer to be the key point of contact for their new equities trading desk. Having recently hired 2 PMs, this a huge area of growth for the business.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, with an elite background in the equities trading space. Experience in trade surveillance, tech, and building out compliance programs is also beneficial. Communication is an absolute necessity in this role and is needed as you're surrounded by the smartest in the field.
